Vision Quest – 2 hours

an abbreviated version of the Abundant Living course/e-course.

Do you find yourself stuck in your relationship(s), job, or health? Repeating life experiences, often painfully? Are you ready for the something more you just know is out there? Do you find yourself wondering why, as hard as you work, you don’t have more to show for it?

Identify areas where you are stuck, your main reasons for staying stuck, and lay the foundation for your ideal life. Writing, sharing, vision board and meditations are included.

Re-story your life: from barely surviving to thriving – 5 hours

Hurt people hurt. Whether the hurt is directed inward or outward, consciously or subconsciously, our untransformed pain can metastisize because energy cannot be destroyed.

Gain coping strategies that have immediate results and long-term, transformative effects. This workshop can be done as a whole or broken into mini-workshops or personal consultations.

  • Letting Go (90 minutes)
  • Communication, Negotiation, and Restoration (2 hours)

Finding the “One”

You long for that person who loves you for who you are and whose love and acceptance makes you want to be a better person. You make each other laugh, balance one another, have a blast together, and the chemistry, well, it is amazing.

But where is this person? It starts within and works outward to attract that special someone. Get crystal clear on what you want, identify what you need, and learn how to draw this ideal relationship to you.

Wild, Succulent Relationships in Ordinary Lives

You found “the one”, but now the fires of passion have burned down to embers. Conversations are little more than “check-ins”, and you aren’t so sure if you are roommates sharing a bed or the same couple who fell in love.

If you could learn how to balance comfort and friendship with wild succulence, would you implement it?
