Join us for a two hour workshop to find better communication, the importance of grow as individuals, learn how to state your needs and hear your partner’s needs, and deepen your relationship. Abundant Living – 2 hours

an abbreviated version of the Abundant Living course/e-course.

Do you find yourself stuck in your relationship(s), job, or health? Repeating life experiences, often painfully? Are you ready for the something more you just know is out there? Do you find yourself wondering why, as hard as you work, you don’t have more to show for it?

Identify areas where you are stuck, your main reasons for staying stuck, and lay the foundation for your ideal life. Writing, sharing and meditations are included.

Healing the Wounded Warrior – 5 hours

Hurt people hurt. Whether the hurt is directed inward or outward, consciously or subconsciously, our untransformed pain can metastisize because energy cannot be destroyed.

Gain coping strategies that have immediate results and long-term, transformative effects. This workshop can be done as a whole or broken into mini-workshops or personal consultations.
