How do you fuel your body?

We are a fat, tired, and dying nation and the biggest culprit isn’t necessarily laziness or lack or time/desire for exercise. It is our FOOD. Our bodies struggle to break down the chemicals we ingest into fuel to get us through the day.

It’s not so different than a car; if you put sugar in the tank or only put in a quarter tank and decide to take a long road trip, you won’t get very far!

Creating balance in our food choices does not have to be hard or expensive, even if you’re cooking for one. In fact, can be a blast!

Refrigerator filled with healthy foodIt’s time to see what’s lurking in your cabinets and refrigerator, find out what can stay, what needs to go, and what needs to be brought in to join the party for a healthier YOU!

The Kitchen Makeover is a special consultation that starts with an evaluation of all members of the household who share the kitchen to determine what they need to be eating and what needs to be decreased in order to gain balance, and thus good health, properly fueling the body. We will sit down and look at the results and learn how to use the food list to create meal plans.

Next, we will clean out the cabinets and fridge of everything that detracts from balance. No judgment, just awareness, observation, and the ability to “fire” (picture Donald Trump on The Apprentice) all that has kept you out of balance.

Fresh VegetablesThen, it’s time to hire the replacements by taking a trip to the store. Learn how to navigate and investigate what are the best foods for your (and your family’s) health while still remaining yummy and good. This is fun because it’s not a diet!

You also receive one month of phone or email follow-up consultation to answer additional questions and help you get solid on your new path to health.

This takes 3-4 hours (depending on family size and needs) so a limited number of consultations will be offered each month.
